This Percussion Ensemble is open to all percussionists who enroll. This class is made up of students of all levels of musicianship.
This ensemble prepares percussionists for full concert band. The emphasis is on increasing skill level in techniques in addition to sight reading. Students in Percussion Ensemble will perform contemporary music with varied instrumentation to demonstrate mastery in percussion performance.
Students in this group should maintain a practice regimen of 60 minutes a week.
